Ayumeuni Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Ayumeuni!
1. Accounts
Embark on your Ayumeuni journey by creating an account. Your account is your gateway to accessing, purchasing, and publishing content on our platform. Here are the essentials:
Safety First: Keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activities associated with your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact our Support Team immediately.
Age of Consent: You must be of legal age for online services in your country to create an Ayumeuni account.
Accurate Information: Provide and maintain accurate and complete information, including a valid email address.
Responsibility: You are accountable for your account and any harm or damage caused by someone using it without your permission. Be vigilant with your password.
2. Content Enrollment and Access
When you enroll in a course or other content, you get a license from us to view it via the Ayumeuni Services and no other use. Don’t try to transfer or resell content in any way. We generally grant you a 1-year license, except when we must disable the content because of legal or policy reasons or for enrollments via Subscription Plans.
Limited License: Ayumeuni grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with the particular content or feature of our Services. All other uses are expressly prohibited.
Prohibited Uses: You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any content unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a Ayumeuni authorized representative. This also applies to content you can access via any of our APIs.
License Duration: We generally give a 1-year access license to our students when they enroll in a course or other content. However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use any content at any point in time in the event where we decide or are obligated to disable access to the content due to legal or policy reasons.
Exceptions: This access license does not apply to enrollments via Subscription Plans or to add-on features and services associated with the course or other content you enroll in.
3. Payments, Credits, and Refunds
When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method.
3.1 Pricing: The prices of content on Ayumeuni are determined based on our terms and Promotions Policy. Prices may vary between the website and mobile/TV applications due to different platform policies.
3.2 Payments: You agree to pay the fees for content that you purchase and authorize us to charge your payment method. Ayumeuni works with payment service providers to keep your payment information secure.
3.3 Refunds and Refund Credits: Refunds are not applicable to Subscription Plan purchases. Refunds may be issued as credits or to the original payment method, depending on various factors. No refunds are issued after the 10-day guarantee period unless the content is disabled for legal or policy reasons.
3.4 Gift and Promotional Codes: Gift and promotional codes may be offered and redeemed according to specified terms. These codes may expire and are generally non-refundable.
4. Account Management
Non-Transferable: Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not use someone else’s account or share your login credentials.
Verification: To gain access to an account or submit content for publication, you may be asked to verify your identity.
Account Closure: In the unfortunate event of a user’s death, their account will be closed.
5. Sharing Credentials
Individual Use: Your account credentials are yours alone. Do not share them with anyone else. Ayumeuni will not mediate disputes arising from shared credentials.
6. Age Restrictions
Minimum Age: Students must be at least 15 years old to create an Ayumeuni account and use our services.
Parental Guidance: If you are under 15 but above the age of consent for online services in your region, ask a parent or guardian to open an account and guide you through appropriate content.
Compliance: Accounts created in violation of age restrictions will be terminated. You may be asked to verify your age before submitting content.
7. Content and Behavior Rules
Lawful Use: You may not access or use the Services or create an account for unlawful purposes. Compliance with local and international laws is your responsibility.
Student Interaction: You can ask questions to instructors and post reviews. Submit only your original work for “homework” or tests.
Content Violations: Content violating laws or rights, or our Trust & Safety Guidelines, may be removed. Ayumeuni adheres to copyright laws.
Account Termination: We may terminate your account for any reason, including violations of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. Termination includes deletion of your account and content, and restriction of access to our services.
8. Ayumeuni’s Rights
We own the Ayumeuni platform and Services, including the website, present or future apps and services, and things like our logos, API, code, and content created by our employees. You can’t tamper with those or use them without authorization.
